PRODUCT GUIDE

A deliberate deletion, step by step.

Read the operation boundaries and verification sequence before authorizing one selected meeting deletion.

Product guide · Based on the September 18, 2026 product documentation. Connected proof is reported for specific operations; this guide is not a new live certification. Private work and provider authorization take place in Agent.

1. Select the exact meeting

Use the mapped REVBEEP-created Zoom meeting in the private product. A general Zoom meeting list or an arbitrary meeting identifier is not blanket authority.

2. Review and authorize

Only the Workspace Owner is listed as the executing role. Authorization is fresh, operation-scoped and short-lived. The exact expiry duration is not supplied here.

3. Read and confirm the target

Read the selected provider meeting before deletion. Workspace, mapping and provider identity must match. Uncertain identity must not be treated as permission.

4. Dispatch the one deletion

The admitted operation is limited to one target and one dispatch. Deletion is irreversible; pause cannot recall an effect already accepted by Zoom.

5. Read back and revoke

Verify the provider result after deletion and immediately revoke the operation authority. The documented proof covers one exact selected meeting.

If the result is unclear

Preserve the action context and reconcile the provider state before another attempt. Do not infer a successful deletion or repeat an irreversible request from an ambiguous result.
